These Terms explain how you may use ridevendor.com, book our services, make payments, and engage Ride Vendor Limited for car hire, airport transfers, chauffeur services, logistics, heavy equipment rental, flight booking, hotel booking, and car sales in Nigeria.
Ride Vendor Limited is a registered Nigerian company with RC: 8808136. We operate from Ilorin, Kwara State, and serve customers across Abuja, Osogbo, Ibadan, Lagos, and major Nigerian cities.
Please read these Terms carefully before booking any service. By using our website, contacting us on WhatsApp, completing a booking form, making payment, or accepting our quotation, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are designed to support clear service delivery, fair business practice, and consumer protection. Therefore, we aim to comply with applicable Nigerian laws, including FCCPC consumer protection standards, the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation 2019, the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and other relevant laws.
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Ride Vendor Limited.
They apply to all users, customers, companies, contractors, agents, and visitors who use our services. They also apply to bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, third-party referrals, and direct office contact.
By using Ride Vendor Limited, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services. However, you may contact us through our contact page for clarification before booking.

2. Services Offered
Ride Vendor Limited provides mobility, travel, logistics, equipment, and auto-related services across Nigeria.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
Car Hire and Vehicle Rental
We provide car hire in Nigeria for private, executive, corporate, and event use. This includes Toyota Prado hire, executive SUV rental, sedan hire, bus rental, van hire, and convoy movement.
Our car hire services may include chauffeur-driven vehicles, airport pickup, city movement, intercity travel, wedding transportation, funeral transportation, VIP movement, and corporate travel.
These car hire Nigeria terms apply to all vehicle rental bookings made with Ride Vendor Limited.
Airport Transfers and Chauffeur Services
We provide airport pickup and drop-off services in Ilorin, Abuja, Lagos, Ibadan, and other major Nigerian cities, subject to availability.
We may also provide professional chauffeur services for meetings, events, hotel transfers, airport runs, and executive movement.
Flight and Hotel Booking
Ride Vendor Limited may assist customers with domestic and international flight booking, hotel reservations, tour support, and travel coordination.
For these services, we act as a facilitator or booking support provider. Airlines, hotels, and travel partners may have separate terms, refund rules, and cancellation policies.
Therefore, customers must also follow the terms of the airline, hotel, or third-party travel provider.
Logistics, Trucking, and Haulage
We provide logistics support, truck hire, haulage coordination, delivery movement, and commercial transport support.
This may include trucks, vans, lowbeds, tippers, and other vehicles, subject to route, load type, driver approval, security conditions, and availability.
Heavy Equipment Rental
We provide heavy equipment rental and machinery hire services. Equipment may include forklifts, cranes, excavators, generators, farm equipment, and other machines.
Heavy equipment bookings may include operator support, mobilisation, demobilisation, fuel terms, site assessment, and safety requirements.
All heavy equipment use must follow agreed site rules and safety procedures.
Car Sales and Auto Services
Ride Vendor Limited may offer car sales, vehicle sourcing, inspection support, and related auto services.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, vehicle sales are subject to inspection, availability, payment confirmation, ownership verification, and agreed documentation.
3. User Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be legally able to enter into a contract under Nigerian law before using our services.
By booking with Ride Vendor Limited, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have the legal authority to make the booking.
You will provide correct information.
You will not use our services for illegal activities.
You will make payment as agreed.
You will follow all service instructions.
For corporate bookings, the person making the booking confirms that they have authority to act for the company, organisation, agency, or group.
Ride Vendor Limited may request identification, company details, travel details, project information, guarantor details, or other verification documents where needed.
We may refuse, cancel, or pause a booking if the information provided is false, incomplete, suspicious, or unsafe.
4. Booking & Payment Terms
Bookings may be made through ridevendor.com, WhatsApp, phone call, booking form, social media, or direct office contact.

Quotations
All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer. This may include vehicle type, pickup location, destination, date, time, number of passengers, route, service duration, equipment type, project scope, and special requests.
A quotation does not guarantee availability until payment is confirmed.
Prices may change where the booking details change. For example, route changes, waiting time, extra hours, night movement, extra days, extra locations, or security concerns may affect the final price.
Standard daily car hire covers 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Bookings ending after 7:00 PM may attract extra-hour charges of ₦20,000 per hour for sedans and ₦30,000 per hour for SUVs.
Payment Confirmation
Ride Vendor Limited accepts payments through approved channels, including Paystack, Flutterwave, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.
A booking is only confirmed when payment is received and verified by Ride Vendor Limited.
Customers must use the correct payment details provided by Ride Vendor Limited. We are not responsible for payments sent to unverified accounts, personal accounts, fake agents, or fraudulent third parties.
Deposits and Balance Payment
Some bookings may require full payment before service. Others may require a deposit and balance payment before pickup, mobilisation, delivery, or release of vehicle or equipment.
Where a balance is due, the customer must pay it at the agreed time. If payment is delayed, Ride Vendor Limited may pause, cancel, or withhold the service.
Prices may be subject to VAT, platform charges, bank charges, card processing fees, or other applicable charges.
Where VAT or any statutory tax applies, it may be added to the invoice or receipt.
Taxes, Charges, and Processing Fees
Ride Vendor Limited may add a processing fee calculated at 7.5% of the booking amount. This fee may be shown as a separate processing fee line item before payment confirmation.
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the service type, timing, vehicle allocation, driver assignment, equipment mobilisation, third-party booking rules, and costs already incurred.
Refunds may be reduced where Ride Vendor Limited has already assigned a driver, blocked vehicle availability, paid a partner, mobilised equipment, secured logistics, or incurred administrative costs.
Flight, hotel, and third-party travel refunds are subject to the rules of the airline, hotel, or service provider.
Rescheduling is subject to availability. Therefore, customers should contact us early when plans change.
5. Driver Requirements & Vehicle Use
Ride Vendor Limited may provide chauffeur-driven or approved self-drive services, depending on the vehicle, location, risk level, and booking type.
Chauffeur-Driven Services
For chauffeur-driven bookings, only the assigned Ride Vendor driver or approved partner driver may operate the vehicle.
Customers must treat the driver with respect. They must also provide accurate pickup details, safe access, and clear trip instructions.
The driver may refuse unsafe routes, illegal requests, overloaded movement, or any instruction that may damage the vehicle or endanger lives.
Self-Drive Services
Self-drive may only be approved in writing by Ride Vendor Limited.
Where self-drive is approved, the renter must provide valid identification, a valid driver's licence, proof of address, guarantor details, and any other document requested.
The renter must not transfer the vehicle to another person without written approval.
The renter is responsible for fines, damage, misuse, traffic violations, loss, theft, and any unauthorised use during the rental period.
Vehicle Use Rules
Customers must use vehicles responsibly.
Vehicles must not be used for racing, towing, illegal transport, political violence, kidnapping, smuggling, robbery, fraud, unauthorised commercial use, or any unlawful purpose.
Vehicles must not be driven outside the agreed location, city, state, route, or time without approval.
Customers must not remove trackers, tamper with vehicle systems, remove parts, change plates, overload the vehicle, or use the vehicle in unsafe terrain.
Smoking, reckless driving, and carrying dangerous materials may attract extra charges or immediate termination.
Accidents, Breakdown, and Damage
The customer must report accidents, damage, breakdown, theft, police stops, or security incidents immediately.
Customers must not repair the vehicle without written approval.
Where damage results from customer misuse, negligence, unauthorised use, or breach of these Terms, the customer may be responsible for repair costs, recovery costs, downtime, replacement parts, legal costs, and related losses.
6. Prohibited Uses
You must not use Ride Vendor Limited services for any unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
Prohibited uses include:
Using our vehicles or equipment for crime.
Providing false booking details.
Impersonating another person or company.
Using stolen cards or fraudulent payments.
Harassing our staff, drivers, or partners.
Transporting illegal goods or dangerous materials.
Using vehicles for unauthorised political activities.
Using equipment on unsafe or unapproved sites.
Bypassing agreed payment terms.
Damaging, hiding, selling, or transferring our assets.
Copying our website content without permission.
Posting false or misleading reviews.
If we suspect prohibited use, we may cancel the service, report the matter, recover our assets, and seek legal remedies.
7. Liability Limitations
Ride Vendor Limited will make reasonable efforts to deliver reliable services. However, some events may be outside our control.
We are not liable for delays, losses, or service interruptions caused by traffic, bad roads, weather, flight delays, roadblocks, fuel scarcity, civil unrest, insecurity, police restrictions, government action, mechanical faults, third-party failure, or force majeure events.
For flight, hotel, and third-party bookings, Ride Vendor Limited acts as a facilitator. Therefore, we are not responsible for airline cancellation, hotel policy, visa denial, immigration refusal, missed flights, airport delays, or third-party service failure.
For heavy equipment and logistics services, customers must ensure site readiness, safe access, proper loading area, approved permits, and safe working conditions.
Ride Vendor Limited will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, emotional distress, or consequential damages, except where Nigerian law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on ridevendor.com belongs to Ride Vendor Limited or its licensors.
This includes our name, logo, brand identity, text, images, service descriptions, videos, graphics, website layout, booking flow, and marketing materials.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, sell, distribute, scrape, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
You may share our public website links for genuine booking, referral, or informational purposes.
The Ride Vendor Limited name, brand, and service materials must not be used in a way that confuses customers or suggests false partnership.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute arising from these Terms, bookings, payments, vehicle use, equipment rental, logistics, or related services shall first be handled through good-faith negotiation.
If the dispute is not resolved, it may be referred to mediation, arbitration, or a court of competent jurisdiction.
Unless otherwise required by law, the courts located in Kwara State, Nigeria, shall have jurisdiction.
